The month of April brought considerable activity and growing unease across parts of England, as communities navigated the appearance of military forces, local tensions, and a series of royal and county-level decrees.

It began on 4 April, when reports surfaced of an unsanctioned military force allegedly formed by Sparky, prompting immediate concern in the region. On 5 April, Sparky was officially declared an outlaw in Devon - a step taken to stabilise the situation, though understandably, the underlying tensions persisted.

The pace of events quickened. On 8 April, the 9th Legion, commanded by Jealeaia, arrived in Salisbury. Just two days later, on 10 April, Kragomir’s FAFO army entered the town, accompanied by a sizable contingent from the Knights of Gwydion and the Wolves of Sherwood.

That same day saw conflict erupted between Kragomir’s forces and local defenders. While there were reports of combat among individuals and groups, it is worth noting that the town of Salisbury itself did not suffer any structural damage, nor was any person hurt in the combat.

The Crown responded decisively. On 12 April, His Majesty issued a royal decree of outlawry. That day also marked Salisbury’s capture via revolt, adding further complexity to an already volatile situation.

By 15 April, regional leaders had begun voicing their positions. The County of Sussex released a statement broadly opposing what is presumed to be Kragomir’s forces. Though no individuals were named, the Countess expressed a clear yet measured stance in favour of order and peace.

The developments continued through the month’s end. On 21 April, the Count of Mercia issued a formal directive ordering Kragomir to disband his army, citing concerns over its unauthorised entry. However, Kragomir declined to comply with Mercia’s request.

In pursuit of clarity and accountability, KAP reached out to several figures central to these events: Count Brody, former Count Alastair, Count Aeneia, Commander Kragomir of FAFO, Sparky, and Commander Jealeaia of the 9th Legion.

Commander Jealeaia -
"No, only Sparky's army was there. We could have taken them had the apocalypse not happened. (Army mechs stopped working and wouldn't detect armies or battle.) So I moved mine behind the walls."

✍️ KAP - When yours was attacked and broken, was there any other destruction?

Commander Jealeaia -
"My army wasn't really attacked. I will not give them credit for something they didn't actually do. There was no battle, nor was there any injury. Just flags gone in the night."

✍️ KAP - How would you like to see this situation with the rogue army fixed?

Commander Jealeaia -
"I'd like for the armies to be able to battle properly, if they would, he would be put down. Instead he struts around like a coward who hides behind the shake up that still prevents any real action against them. Its giving them a false sense of bravado. "

"A show of strength and unity"

"1. A private parley with Rowan - we'll make sure he's safe and sound, we promise
2. Removal of Count Brody, either by willing resignation, in which case he should be punished for his betrayals and incompetencies by 10 days in jail and the maximum fine allowed, or unwillingly removing him, in which case his punishment should be execution.
2.1 Or just send him to us.
3. Rescind the illegal indefinite outlawry which violates Devon's own law no matter how you twist it. A formal apoloy from council. (Then, feel free to outlaw us immediately again for 6 months, per the law).
4. A third Devon outlawry for Maclennan and Vidomir. They've done more than enough to earn triple outlaw status.
5. Removal of Ysabelle as Chancellor of the Royal Embassy and immediate censure.
Immediate dismissal of Lyric's crown court for treason, and instead a trial of Ysabelle for contempt of court and abuse of power.
5.1 A pubic apology from Ysabelle for her absolutely abysmal treatment of Sussex
6. All foreign soliders to leave Devon armies and move home immediately.
7. The RE to officially recognise Scotland as two separate states and stop the pretense that it can be treated with as a single Kingdom, until such a time that they themselves announce their own unity
8. We'll stop talking about the King thinking he is above the Laws of England"

✍️ KAP - Why did you go rogue, leaving Sussex to Devon, to Mercia and back to Devon (per reports in the inns)?

Commander Kragomir -
"The army was essentially "Rogue" the instant I raised the flag. It was privately funded, and was initially set up to cover arses from vindictive people. I left to go into Devon because that was the agreed plan with the leadership of KoG and WoS. We fancied a wee trip to Mercia, since most of those in the army hail from Evesham, as was reported, we wanted to ensure that a fair election was held in Mercia. and why not?"

Commander Kragomir -
"I doubt this have any effect on how things are in the realm, im sure the despots will continue to control everything with only their best interests in mind. Rowan was too self serving to be King, its a shame, because we did want him to be better after the previous couple of Monarchs we muddled through."
